WAYS TO DESTROY A VAMPIRE

Drive a wooden stake with a single blow through the heart. The stake should preferably be aspen, maple, hawthorn or whitethorn

If you strike a second blow the vampire will revive

Behead the vampire and ensure that the head cannot get back by stuffing the neck with garlic or salt, and wedging the head between the knees.

Remove the heart and burn it to ashes

Burn the whole vampire to ashes and scatter them
